Meet Phelan — the smallest of his litter, but definitely not short on personality or fluff. 

This Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix may only weigh 11 pounds, but he’s already showing off that perfect mix of playful energy and calm confidence. Born 8/6/25, Phelan is in his puppy learning phase — curious about everything, soaking up new experiences, and ready to master house training and obedience with a little guidance.

He’s friendly with everyone he meets and enjoys hanging out with other dogs, so he’d fit right in with a social household. Phelan’s the kind of pup who loves exploring the yard one minute and curling up for a good snuggle the next.

Because he’s still young and full of curiosity, he’ll need a fenced yard to safely play and burn off energy. His soft, tri-colored coat and sweet, observant nature make him impossible not to love — he’s the kind of dog that turns every day into something a little brighter.

Our $295 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
