Needs a companion dog in the home

Miesler came to Needy Paws with several siblings! We are told she is Australian Shepherd/Boxer mix. Her DOB is 12/14/23 and she weighs approx 45 lbs. Miesler is black with highlight of white on her body and her adorable brindle legs! She will be a perfect medium size dog when full grown.

She is initially shy but very affectionate once she settles in which has not taken long at all in her foster home. She is housebroke and crate trained, good with other animals of all kinds, and good with older respectful children. She is a rambunctious player so is likely too much for toddlers or younger.

Miesler has recently graduated from the 12 Week Puppies for Parole training program offered through the Mo Department of Corrections. While in training she was taught basic obedience and socialization skills and learned to be a good canine citizen.

Our $295 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
