Fenced Yard and companion dog required

Meet Emma!  She’s a sweet, affectionate and playful Shih Tzu!

Emma is 7 years old and has spent her life having puppies.  She still has some quirks due to her history, but she’s enjoying the good life more each day!

Emma is only about 8 pounds.  She loves to go outside and explore the yard.  She goes potty in the yard but will also use puppy potty pads in the house.

Emma could be crated for short periods, if needed.  She prefers to sleep on a doggy bed or next to me on the couch.

She will require a secure fenced yard.  Emma also needs another confident, friendly dog in the home to help her continue on her journey.

Emma is a sweet baby who deserves a great forever family.  Could that be you?

If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Emma’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
