Allen is incredibly friendly and will happily greet just about anyone—human or dog—with enthusiasm. He enjoys playing with other dogs and absolutely loves toys (especially destroying them!). With his high energy and curious spirit, Allen is always ready for a walk, a game of fetch, or running around the fenced in backyard.

He gets very excited for walks and is eager to explore the world, so he’ll benefit from some recall and leash training. The good news is that Allen is smart and quick to learn , so with a little consistency he should catch on quickly.

Because he’s strong and enjoys rough-and-tumble play, he would do best in a home with older children who can match his energy and handle his playful style. After he’s had his fun, though, Allen’s softer side shines—he loves to snuggle up close and relax right by you, or on you. Personal space? = he's never heard of it.

When it's time to go to call it a day, Allen sleeps very well in his crate. He was housebroken in his previous home and, while he’s had a few accidents in his foster home, he’s improving steadily and likely just adjusting to a new environment.

Allen’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
