NO CHILDREN - FENCED YARD - ANOTHER ACTIVE DOG IN FAMILY TO PLAY WITH
==>>**IMPORTANT** GENTRY IS "Stranger Danger" VERY FEARFUL OF NEW VISITORS INTO YOUR HOME. HE IS AFRAID AND WILL GROWL/BARK AND CAN BITE AT THEIR ANKLES IF THEY APPROACH HIM. ONCE SOMEONE IS CONSIDERED PART OF YOUR FAMILY, GENTRY WILL LOVE THEM AS FAMILY.
GENTRY is a Very Playful 1 yr old, 12 lb Male Yorkie/Terrier Mix.
SUPER SWEET TO HIS FAMILY MEMBERS.
But with his Stranger Danger towards New Visitors to your home, you should always have a safe place for him to go in your home during that time. Gentry will be vocal to let you know that he is scared.
Gentry acts like a typical very active pup who LOVES TO PLAY WITH ANOTHER DOG.
Once he loves and trusts you, he is a TOTAL LOVING Companion Dog. He's always by your side, and is Super Sweet to his own family.
NO children / grandchildren since there is a possibility of biting. NO EXCEPTIONS.
He has learned "Sit" but sometimes still needs a little toosh push!
He likes other dogs and NEEDS another active dog in home to BURN OFF puppy energy.
He NEEDS fenced yard to run in and he is a "door darter" so be careful with opening doors.
He rides in the car pretty well.
Is okay at Groomer.
Gentry's Perfect family
will LOVE and CUDDLE him as a family member. With his 'stranger danger' baggage, his family will protect him through his fear of new people by having a place he can go to get away from new people visiting the home.

Gentry's adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
