Meet Monty, a 5 year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix, weighing 16 pounds. He came to us from a rural shelter in Missouri where he was found as a stray. Monty is a very sweet, playful, and quiet little guy. He will require a secure fenced yard as he doesn’t walk well on a leash just yet. Monty enjoys running and playing with other small young dogs, but does not care for larger dogs. Monty is healthy, current on his immunizations, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped.

Monty ’s adoption fee is $100.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
