Hey there! I'm Murphy & I've been doing this foster dog thing for a while now, I'm kind of an expert. But I'm ready for the next step: a forever family! Here's what my new family should know:
- I like other dogs. Especially playful dogs!
- My family must love cuddles. I give the BEST cuddles.
- I love, love, love being with my hoomans. Are you looking for someone to curl up and read a book or watch a movie with you? Then I'm the pup for you!!!
- I'm a smart pup & I like to learn new things! I know sit, off, climb (to go to a certain spot), and leave it.
- I get along great with older children (6 and up).
- I do not get along well with cats. I would do best in a home without feline friends.
- I would do best in a single family home. Sometimes when my people are away I cry in my crate.
So... playful, cuddly, smart... sounds great, right?! And handsome, of course!...(did you check out my beautiful brindle coat and expressive ears?!?!?) Are you ready to be my forever home?

Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
​Murphy is part of our monthly special. His adoption fee is only $100!
Murphy ’s adoption fee is $100.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
