Stormy

Stormy is looking for a family to spend the rest of her life with. She promises  to give lots of snuggles and kisses and work really hard on training to become  a well-behaved girl. She asks that you be patient with her since she is still  very young and still has a lot to learn.

7 weeks old (Birthdate: 3/21/18)

Estimated size full grown - 50 pounds.

She is considered a large breed dog.

She is black with white markings on her chin, belly and paws. She has the cutest little black spots on her paws.

She can be a little timid at first with strangers but quickly settles in and blossoms into a little social butterfly. She is very sweet. loves to kiss, be snuggle with you and cuddle on your lap. She is great with kids and other dogs.

Stormy is a typical puppy with lots of energy. A fence is highly recommended for her because of her breed because she will need lots of exercises to burn of her Labrador energy. As she grows, daily walks or trips to the dog park would really help her continue to be social and get her much needed exercise.  She rides well in the car and usually sleeps.

She is beginning to learn some basic commands such as come and sit. She is a typical puppy and would do best with additional training. She is not leash trained yet, simply because of her age, but will do well with training. She is working on crate training and sleeps through the night ~7-8 hours. She is also working hard on potty training but, as with all puppies, she will need additional potty training since she is still very young.  She cries to get your attention when she needs to go potty urgently.   

Stormy is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Stormy ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
