Meet Lucille, a 2 year old Shepherd mix, weighing about 40-50 lbs.  Lucille is pretty much the perfect dog. She's quiet, crate-trained, house-trained and walks great on a leash. She knows basic commands, sit, lay down and off. She loves stuffed Kongs, stuffed animals and following her foster mom everywhere.  Lucille is great with other dogs, not sure about cats or young kids. Lucille is so mellow that she would probably be fine with anyone that petst her. She would love a home with someone who enjoys cuddling and doggie kisses.

Lucille’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes.  We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes and we will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. In most cases, our adopters will need to live within an hours drive of St. Louis, MO.
