Meet Bono, a 2 year old Mastiff mix.  Bono was picked up by Animal Control after being hit by a vehicle. His right hip had been completely shattered.  Bono had surgery and after eight weeks of strict crate rest and a slow rehab process to build his hip muscles, he is now ready to find his forever family.  Bono is good with dogs and all people but probably no cats.  He likes to play but also enjoys his naps.  Bono is crate and house trained.  All he needs is a family to love him.

Bono’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes.  We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes and we will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. In most cases, our adopters will need to live within an hours drive of St. Louis, MO.
