Veda is a 9 month old Lab mix with beautiful blue eyes. She is a puppy that is full of energy and spirit. She is kennel trained and very close to being potty trained as well. Some of her favorite activities are playing tug-of-war with other dogs, playing chase and she's working on retrieving a tennis ball when it's thrown for her. She has been quick to pick up on commands such as sit, come and learning her name. Veda has been great with young kids in her foster home (ages 3.5-12) and gets along with other dogs. She has not had the opportunity to meet a feline friend yet. Veda's ideal Forever Family would be one with a fenced yard for play, would be able to take her on walks and be patient as she's learning her manners in the home.

Veda’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes.  We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes and we will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. In most cases, our adopters will need to live within an hours drive of St. Louis, MO.
