Rico is a 7 month old Australian Shepherd/Beagle mix. Rico is a fun-loving family dog who not only loves everyone he's around (adults/children) but other dogs as well. Rico loves to cuddle and absorb all the attention he can get. Although he isn't fully potty trained yet, he has been very receptive and smart and will figure it out in no time. He loves to be outdoors and thinks it's fun to try to catch flying insects (especially flies). Rico is very gentle and has no food aggression.  Rico will be a great addition for any loving family home.

Rico’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes.  We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes and we will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. In most cases, our adopters will need to live within an hours drive of St. Louis, MO.
