This handsome little guy is Carl, a 2 year old Shih Tzu, weighing in at 8 lbs.  Carl is a very submissive, loving and playful dog whose  mission in life is to love his human with every bit of his heart and play all the time.  He likes other small dogs and would probably do well with children and cats, although he has not been tested yet. Carl is house trained.
