Meet Oreo, a 2 year old female German Shorthaired Pointer/Pitbull Terrier mix.  Oreo is an absolute sweetheart who enjoys staying close to her family and loves nothing more than an gentle pat and ear rub.  Oreo loves to play tug-of-war and is good with other dogs with a proper introduction.  She is exceptionally smart, she knows "sit" and learned to "wait" in 2 just days. Oreo is not a barker, is relatively calm and would do well with or without a fenced yard.  She also likes to snuggle in bed and go on car rides.   Oreo is housebroke and crate trained.  Oreo will make an awesome family pet for some lucky family, will that be you?

Oreo’s adoption fee is $195.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay  and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes.  We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes and we will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. In most cases, our adopters will need to live within an hours drive of St. Louis, MO.
