Meet Stumpy! He's a 4-5 year old Beagle/French Bulldog mix. He's about 25-30 lbs. and is cat and dog friendly. Stumpy was an outside dog, then his dad passed away and his mom couldn't properly care for Stumpy . He is super sweet and loves snuggling! He has the cutest bobbed tail hence the name Stumpy!
