This handsome little gentleman is Frankie! He was rescued from a garage by Animal Control, where his previous owners kept him, and his hair was so long & matted we couldn't tell what breed he was! After we rescued him from Animal Control, he went straight to the vet & groomer and now he's one sharp looking guy!! Frankie's 3 years old, house trained, crate trained, knows how to use a doggie door and likes hanging out in his crate. He gets along great with dogs, especially the 5 in his Foster Home, he hasn't met any cats and we think he'd be happier around older, calm kids. Frankie is a true sweetheart who really likes getting attention and loves to be petted & get his belly rubbed! He's happiest being closest to his people and follows his Foster Mom around the house. He sleeps in her bed at night, along with her dogs, and he'd probably stay in bed with them all day if he could! Besides being very handsome and lovable, Frankie is playful and has a blast playing with his Foster Mom's dogs! They have a lot of fun together and always make sure to include wrestling in their playtime. He's a smart boy and is working on learning the commands sit, stay & down. This sweet guy enjoys all kinds of treats so training him could be fun! Frankie rides very well in a car and walks nicely on a leash. He's a little overweight so he would benefit from daily walks so he can stay happy & healthy and enjoy special bonding time with his Family! Frankie is looking for a Forever Home where he will be loved, cherished and get all of the attention he deserves! He wouldn't be happy in an active home or where he's left alone a lot.
