This adorable little munchkin is Mickey! He's 4 years old and weighs 7lbs. His Foster Family is working on adding a few pounds and found out he really likes scrambled eggs! He's house trained, working on crate training and he likes his crate, sleeping in there at night. He gets along great with the 14lb dog in his Foster Home, was very well-behaved with bigger dogs & kids at a recent Adoption Event and hasn't met any cats yet. Mickey is a very sweet boy who loves to snuggle with his Foster Parents, whether it's in their laps or curled up in their arms. He likes to snuggle on his Foster Mom's chest and sometimes lets out a heavy sigh of contentment - it's the sweetest thing! He's also very affectionate and gives plenty of kisses! This little guy is playful and loves playing fetch with his brother Mackey, who is also available for adoption! Mackey is the more energetic of the two and he's always in motion, checking things out, while Mickey is more laid-back. Mickey loves to go for walks with his Foster Dad & brother and walks very well on a leash. He doesn't know any commands but does know the word No and responds to his name. He & his brother were such good boys at an Adoption Event recently. So many people wanted to hold them, and although they had been shaky when we first met them, they've gained a lot of confidence in their Foster Home, and weren't shaky or flinching with a lot of people touching, petting & holding them. They do not need to be adopted together and will be perfectly fine being apart. Mickey will be so happy to have a place to call home and will bring a lot of love & sweetness to his Forever Home!
