If you love German shepherds, then meet Gretchen.

She is about a year and a half and is good with male dogs so far. She does not like cats and probably no small children due to her size.

She if very people friendly. She came from a rural area of Missouri as a stray. She is a working breed so needs exercise or a job to keep her happy. 

She may need a 6 ft fence but we haven't tested her with a 4 ft fence yet.

If you know the breed you will fall in love with her. Right now she is at the vet in boarding but we wanted to get her on the website to see if anyone may be interested in her, then we will bring her into a foster home and know if she is housebroke and crate trained.

Gretchen’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
