“Meet Felix…a sweet little one year old male Chihuahua, weighing a whopping 6 pounds. He came to Needy Paws after being rescued with several other Chihuahua’s from an awful breeder in rural Missouri. He has spent his life outside in a large cage with many other dogs, and he is beginning to learn to enjoy the good life.

Felix would be happiest with another small young playful dog for companionship, and a household with much older children, or preferably no children. He requires a secure fenced yard as he cannot walk on a leash to go potty. Felix is healthy, current on his immunizations, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped.”

If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Felix’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
