If your idea of a good day is smelling the roses and eating your way through life, you and Trooper are going to have the best time together.
True to his beagle heritage, Trooper is all hound dog. He's friendly, amiable and curious. Trooper currently lives in a foster home with another dog and two small children and is fantastic with them all. Trooper is potty trained, crate trained and loves to go for walks. He would be perfect for first time dog owners, or the seasoned pet family. He is still a puppy (and a beagle at that), so you can expect some shenanigans, but that's part of his charm. He's a fantastic dog and will make someone extremely happy. Plus, his ears are really soft. Like REALLY soft.
The only non-hound thing about Trooper? His foster mom has never heard him bark. He's quiet as a mouse (we swear we're not lying!)

Our $295 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
