Meet Sourdough! 
Born on 4/12/25, this fluffy little loaf is a mix of Australian Shepherd and Brittany Spaniel—two working breeds known for their brains and boundless energy. True to his heritage, Sourdough is rising fast in charm, curiosity, and cuddles.
He loves the great outdoors and will surely make a great hiking or walking partner once he’s old enough. Sourdough kneads to be near his humans and thrives when given a job to do—whether that’s solving food puzzles, learning new tricks, or going on sniffari adventures.
Future adopters should be ready for a dog who won’t loaf around all day. As he grows, pups with his breeds are happiest when their minds and bodies are busy. After he’s burned off some steam? He’ll curl right up with you for all the love and affection.

Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
