Elvis is a handsome four year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He weighs approximately 45 pounds and is on a weight loss journey. He is a low-medium energy dog but that might change once he sheds a few pounds.

He is interested in toys but is not super ambitious with them. He would do well with a young-ish more confident dog that could help him grow his own confidence.

Elvis is timid at first, but once he has gained your trust, he will be your close companion. He loves giving big fluffy snuggles on the couch. 

Elvis has done very well meeting other dogs and interacts very nicely with his bigger foster sister. We are not sure how he is with cats. He has met some kids and does especially well in their company when they are quiet and gentle with him. 

Elvis settles easily at night, and has only had one accident at home so far. He is pretty good at giving signals to go outside.

Elvis will do well with humans who can be patient with him as he learns new routines. He is ready to find his forever home!

Elvis’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
