Meg, along with her pup, was abandoned by owner for months in SE Bootheel.  Both went to local stores daily searching for food to survive. Did not allow humans to touch them. Once both captured, she immediately knew she was finally safe. Gave lots of kisses and allowed petting.

She is doing great in her foster home now and with the other three dogs in her foster home.  Learned the routine and boundaries very quickly and wants to please.   Super smart girl.  Really wants to spend time with her human and very easy going in the house.  Low to moderate energy.

She likes to cuddle and get belly rubs.  Likely need a fenced yard due to her possible flight risk from her previous roaming or someone that will take her for regular walks. Completely house broke and crate trained but likely doesn’t need a crate.

If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Meg’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
