This is Walleye, but we call him Wally. He’s our chunky monkey of the bunch. He is 7 weeks old (as of April 19) and currently weighs 9.4lbs. We believe he is a lab mix and has a Hollywood ready smile with breathtaking eyes to match.

How does one describe Wally? He reminds me a lot of a toddler. Excited to explore the world but also very clumsy, noisy when he needs something, lots of energy, selective hearing, very independent but also wants cuddles when he gets sleepy and will need teethers (chew toys) to help his new teeth come in.

He’s always looking to have fun and  will keep you laughing and shaking your head from dawn til dusk. Very much a “Marley and Me” type pup but not quite as troublesome. He is also very big dog friendly.

Trust me you won’t be disappointed with this one.

If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
