Shorty is a 3 year old compact dapper gentleman. He weighs 29 pounds and is a medium-energy dog. He is happy to jump on the couch and get some pets and scratches, or lay on the floor near you while you’re working, or go on a walk, or go out in the yard and explore, or play with toys. Shorty will be your little shadow and is up for anything!

Shorty is gentle and playful. He gets along well with other dogs, but can be a little hesitant in new situations. He is house-trained, will go in a crate on his own and settles quickly when he needs rest, or when it’s bedtime. He rarely barks, is easy to handle on a leash, and rides very well in a car.

Shorty is ready to be your best friend! He is the total package!

Shorty’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
