Candy Jane is a 3 yr old terrier mix with short legs and a long body. She is very well trained, very obedient, very polite and loyal to her person/people. She can be a little shy until she warms up to you, but honestly, she is the absolute sweetest dog.

She is good with humans and has done very well with her doggie foster siblings and she's even cat friendly. The current foster has not had her around kids, but she has a very sweet disposition and with proper introductions she'd most likely be fine.

She walks well on a leash and loves to be outside. Candy will require a secure fenced yard.  She is such a beautiful dog inside and out, I don’t think anyone would go wrong making her the queen of your household.

Candy has recently graduated from the 12 Week Puppies for Parole training program offered through the Mo Department of Corrections and she's eager to show you what she's learned.  While in training she was taught basic obedience and socialization skills and learned to be a good canine citizen.

Candy Jane’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
