Meet Ron Burgundy. He’s kind of a big deal. This guy is very friendly and outgoing. He is sure to welcome you home with tail wags and a happy dance. Ron loves everyone he meets! He’s great with dogs, cats, kids and all people he meets.
Ron was found as a stray with another small dog in the big St Louis snow storm in January. He was suffering from neglect with a very overgrown and matted coat, he was missing several teeth, and the ones he had left were in bad shape. But his foster mom took him to get groomed (the groomers said he was a very good boy) and he has been to the vet for his teeth. Unfortunately his teeth were in too bad of shape to save. He may have no teeth left, but is feeling so much better now. He will need a home that can continue feeding him wet/soft food and keep up with his grooming regularly.
He is house broken and crate trained, although he has such good house manners he probably doesn’t need a crate. He does occasionally do a little indoor marking, but has mostly stopped since no longer living with an intact male. He can wear a belly band if needed.
Ron would love someone who likes to snuggle on the couch and give him ear rubs. If you have ever wanted a little cloud-like dog to follow you around, Ron is your man!
