My name is Otto, I am about 3 1/2 years old and a boxer mix. I weigh about 65 lbs. I am crate trained and housebroke.

I came from a home where my owner sadly passed away. He had 14 boxers and I was one of them. Due to Otto living in his previous home with 14 other dogs, he would be best as an only dog, which he so deserves.  We were all taken to Care of St Louis until Needy Paws Rescue came and got me.

I just finished going through heartworm treatment and I am feeling so much better. I am ready for a home of my own now.  Otto will require a fenced yard so a home with at least a 4ft fence, would be perfect for me, but please no electric fences.  I would rather be by my person more than anything. I just want to chill and relax.

If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Otto’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
