Meet Alice, a one-year-old 35-pound Shepherd Hound mix! Alice came to Needy Paws when she was found chained to a tree, left behind when her owner’s house flooded. 

She recently graduated from Pups 4 parole and knows all the tricks (sit, stay, down, shake, twirl, heel)! She is a loving dog on the lookout for her forever family. Alice can be a little shy when meeting new people but will warm up quickly.  

Once she bonds she will be a fantastic shadow and reward you with many licks of love! She is housebroken, great at walking on a leash and working on finding her independence when her foster parents are gone. Alice is a quiet dog who loves affection and being with her people.

Alice’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
