Roast Beef is currently enrolled in the 12 week Puppies 4 Parole program through the Mo Department of Corrections.  He will graduate around February 5th and will be available for adoption at that time.  If you are interested in adopting Roast Beef, please complete an application and the foster parent will contact you.

This happy-go-lucky dog was hours from euthanasia in a kill shelter when rescued and he is making the most of his new lease on life. Roast Beef is the sweetest, most enthusiastic dog, who wants nothing more than to play and cuddle, he is a world class spooner.

He is good with other dogs and is submissive and leaves the situation if another dog doesn't appreciate his enthusiasm. He met a cat and was curious but respectful and mostly left him alone. We are working on basic commands and he is picking them up quick, he is food motivated and eager to please. He has done great when left in the kennel when his foster mom has to leave.

He is still young and has some puppy energy but in his awkward teen body, he would love a home with people or pets who will play with him. Overall this dog will make a great loving pet once he finds his person he will love them and be loyal to the end.

Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
