Meet MOTO, 8 yr old, 24 lbs, Brindle, Cairn Terrier Mix. 

He came from a home that kept him tied to a fruit tree to keep squirrels from eating the fruit. His owner died and he was surrendered to Needy Paws.

After all of that, he is such a Sweet Boy! Seems so eager to be with his people all the time.

• You MUST be willing to PLAY FETCH A LOT! He constantly wants you to throw the toy and he brings it back again and again!
• He's housebroken, but does try to lift his leg in the house; foster mom catches him and directs him outside.
• He walks on a leash but is strong, pulling on the leash, will need more leash training.
• He lives with other dogs but his focus is ALWAYS on his people.  He LOVES his people; to be with, to walk with, to play with.  He's a "people person"!
• He gets so excited when you give him treats, he bites your fingers too! We're working on taking treats 'softly'. 
• Never had him around kids, so not sure how he will do.

We'd LOVE to see him go to a loving home where he can forget about his past and find people who love him!

Moto’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
