|
Meet Valor, the happiest bull terrier in town, who is searching for a loving forever family who understands her breed. This girl's tail never stops wagging.
Valor is incredibly affectionate and adores snuggling up for belly rubs. It's important to note that bull terriers like their interactions with a touch of playfulness - which often includes excited happy nibbles—so a home with small children will not be the best fit. She delights in staring into your eyes and surprising you with sneaky kisses and chin nibbles. She also LOVES squeaky toys.
Bull terriers are often dog selective, so pairing them with another dog can be tricky. In her foster home, Valor has become best friends with the submissive pup in the home and they enjoy playing and wrestling with each other every day. However, she can be a bit bossy so the other more dominant dogs in the house have not been able to form a relaxed relationship with her yet. But she is trying. This just means very careful and gradual introductions and supervision will be important.
Due to her breed traits, she requires a family who is knowledgeable about bull terriers - their unique behaviors, physical and social needs, and best training practices for their personalities.
If you're ready to welcome a devoted companion into your life and can provide Valor with the love, enrichment, and understanding she deserves, please consider giving her the forever home she's been waiting for.
