Freya is a beautiful 4 year old bernadoodle girl who is a true gentle giant. She has lived in a home with kids cats and dogs and has been great with all. Freya knows basic commands such as sit and is totally potty trained.

She is a cuddly couch potato but also loves a good romp around outside with other pups. Freya is a wonderful fuzzy body pillow as she prefers to sleep in bed with her head on the pillow like her human friends.

She would do best in a home with access to another dog friend to play with when she’s not relaxing indoors. She doesn’t much “play” with humans, she just wants them to love on her endlessly. In her foster home Freya has free roaming access since she doesn’t chew on things or get into things she isn’t supposed to.

Freya does have a voice that she likes to use when left alone so she is not fit for an apartment. All that said, she would be a very special addition to any family.

If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Freya’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
