This little girl packs a lot of personality into a 10 pound body! Blaze is an active “chiweenie” who loves to have a good time chasing wildlife, rolling in the grass, and lounging in the sun. You have moles? No problem. Blaze will take care of that issue for you. When she’s not outside exploring and keeping rodents away, she is a professional snuggler who enjoys burrowing in blankets and spooning with her person. 

Blaze is house trained and has excellent indoor manners. She gets along with dogs.  Cats are unknown.  Blaze pulls a lot on leash and wants to run and chase after everything she sees. A fenced yard is necessary to keep her safe and happy.  
 
Blaze will go in a crate willingly, but she is VERY excited to get out when you come home. She would do best in a home where her people were in and out most of the day and with kids 13+.  She would love a doggie friend to keep her company when you are gone. Blaze takes a little time to trust, but once she does, you’ll have a loyal friend for life!

Blaze’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
