Mick Jagger "Mickey" is a 2 yr old, 7 lb, Chihuahua Mix with puppy energy, and he is the ultimate Ladies man!! ( see in the video below how he plays with a female in foster home ).

He was rescued from a hoarder situation, this makes him a bit skittish due to trust issues, but once he trusts you, he will love you.

Mickey would do better with a female owner although he will occasionally sit on the foster dad's lap.

"He is a PLAYER!!" He LOVES to play with other dogs, ANY SIZE. He gets along with ALL size dogs (see photo)

He will RUN and chase or be chased by dogs until he tires out!

We are working on potty training, but because of hoarder situation, he still uses potty pads 25% of the time and does go outside and potty too.

Mickey doesn’t bite but we advise against homes with children as he gets overstimulated easily and makes him a flight risk out open doors if he gets scared.

Mickey also needs a fenced in yard so he can run around with this play buddies. He will walk on leash but usually scared, he stays right with you wrapping around your ankles.

When Mickey loves and trusts you, he will take some time to come up on your lap. He can be super sweet!

​ Mickey's Perfect home will have a fenced yard, another Friendly Very Playful dog to play with, and a Mom to love.

Mick Jagger’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
