Meet Snuffleupagus, an irresistibly cute 9-month-old rescue dog with the sweet heart. This sweet boy started his life in a shelter.    While they took wonderful care of him, all the sights and sounds of the big wide world are still very new to him.    He is doing a wonderful job with his new foster family and learning so much.  

Some of his favorite things:  

Trotting around with his favorite stuffed toy, playfully tossing it into the air.   

Snuggling up in bed with his foster mom.  

Playing bounce and wrestle with his foster brother and sister dogs.  

Chomping on yummy treats.  

Snuffleupagus is nervous when he meets people for the first time, but once he feels safe, he is a silly, bouncy boy.    He has a special place in his heart for women, showering them with all the snuggles and kisses he can muster.    He had less exposure to men during his stay at the shelter, so he’s still learning that men are also safe.    He's looking for a patient and understanding family that can help him get more comfortable with all people and teach him that they, too, deserve his affection.

Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
