Sharkey is 10 month terrier mix and weighs around 25-30lbs. He has a good amount of puppy energy still left in him. He was pretty shy (confused) when I first got him but he warmed up after a little snooping around to make sure everything was OK. He just wants affection and will let you know if you are not providing enough and will sit in your lap waiting for ear/belly rubs.
Sharkey has improved in everything that we have done together since I got him. It did not look like he had been on many walks so he would stay at my feet, but now is starting to be curious of the world out there. He is working on being potty trained but he is not quite there yet. He goes to his crate if you give him treats and bring his toys in there. He loves to play play play with my dog and they have started to get better acquainted than the first couple of days.
He is such a sweet dog and just wants all the attention that can be offered and will make you feel like the most special person. He will show you appreciation with all the licks and dog kisses that you would like.

Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
