Meet Chip a 25 pound approximately 5 month old energetic puppy. We’re not sure what his mix is but he’s sure a handsome fella. He will be on the larger size when he’s fully grown. 

Chip was found as a stray by a police officer in southern Missouri and never claimed by an owner. The rural town he was found in does not have an Animal Control so he found himself sleeping in a jail cell until a local rescuer and then Needy Paws bailed him out. 

Chip is a happy puppy and as puppy's go, he has a lot of energy so he would love to have a fenced yard to run off some of that energy. He’s also learning the leash so if you’re up to walking and hiking he would certainly make a great companion for you.

He is crate trained and working hard on his potty training skills.  He does great with the other dogs in his foster home.  He may be a bit too energetic for smaller calmer dogs and he would do best in a home without cats.  He would love to have a dog his size to play with.

This handsome guy will be ready for his forever home around January 18th.

Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
