Jed is a male, 4.5 year old, tri-colored Beagle.  He is a standard size, weighing 31 pounds.  Jed is a bit of a character and loves to play with other dogs!  So much so that he got kicked out of his hunting family for “being goofy on the trails” and causing his hunting friends to play and not track properly!  Jed says all work and no play is not his game!

Jed is crate trained and walks fairly well on a leash for never being on a leash.  He loves kids and exploring the backyard at his new foster home.  I consider Jed housebroke.  When he first came to his foster home, he “marked” often. He has since been neutered and learning the new ways that come with indoor living.  Jed previously lived in a rabbit hutch outdoors. Jed’s forever home will have a securely fenced yard so his nose does not take him on adventures alone!

Jed’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
