Banks is a 1 year old Shepard mix, about 50lbs.

Banks is super playful, bouncy and very goofy. He thinks that he is a big lap dog!

He has been taught sit, lay down, shake. He knows to go to his crate when we say “kennel.” He loves having toys but he destroys them all.

Any sort of toy or bone you give him he will most likely carry it outside with him when he goes out to potty. He LOVES peanut butter filled kongs and the Frosty Paws ice cream. He does pee a little when he gets very excited but that is improving.

He is very high energy so he will need someone with extra time to spend with him or another dog to play with.

Banks has been enrolled in the 12 week Puppies 4 Parole program through the Missouri Department of Corrections and will graduate from the program in July.

If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
