Please meet Miss Ophelia! While she may be shy at first, after being
with her foster family, Ophelia has completely come out of her shell.
An absolute sweetheart, Ophelia loves to cuddle and give kisses. She
really enjoys a relaxing day and would be perfectly content laying
next to you on the couch during a Netflix marathon.

Ophelia is 8 years old and a heeler mix. Don't let her age fool you!
She loves to play with all the toys in her foster home and still gets
the zoomies. Ophelia is currently around 29 pounds which makes her
easy to pick up and suitable for an apartment. Ophelia is potty
trained, crate trained, and has done great when we've been gone and
she's been able to free roam.

Ophelia may take some time to warm up to other dogs in the home with
her. So, she may be best suited in a single dog home. However, she is
currently in a foster home with two dogs and is comfortable around
other dogs she meets on walks.

Ophelia has been around children of different ages and had no issues
getting along with them! We know that Ophelia will make an amazing dog
for whoever adopts her!

Ophelia’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
