Boodle is a three year old, female Bichon. She weighs around 14 pounds.  This little girl has quite the story!  She came from a breeder mill, thought you be “very” pregnant. Upon going straight to the vet, it was quickly determined she was not pregnant, but was suffering from pyrometra.  She went into an immediate emergency surgery. Her uterus was filled with multiple “balloons” of pus weighing 3 pounds (a quarter of her body weight at the time).  She was very lucky to have been rescued on that day.  Another day or two and she may not have survived if her uterus had ruptured.

Boodle’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
