Junie is a 6 month old, female, blue Heeler!  She is a poster girl for the breed and all it’s characteristics!  She is active, very full of energy, super smart and very friendly with both dogs and people!  She loves to play fetch with a ball or stuffed toy.  She does try to herd her dog friends with some ankle maneuvers.  Her previous family realized they did not have the time and energy for a working breed puppy and surrendered her to rescue. Junie  is housebroke and crate trained. She is quickly learning house manners and not to jump up on her people. The ideal home for Junie would have knowledge of herding breeds, a fenced in yard, and be an active household!

Our $250 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
