Janice is a very sweet, shy 2 year old beagle. That will be available February 17th
She showed up at a ladies house in rural Arkansas very emaciated. Needy paws was able to take her in and help fatten her up and teach her how to "dog"
Janice is house trained and knows how to play fetch. She is a very shy girl and would do best in a quieter or low key home with dogs her size or smaller that have lower energy. She does great with the family cats.
She just wants to be around people all the time.
She will need to use a slow feeder or be fed in stages since she eats so fast she gags on her food. She is not food aggressive with people but will snap at other dogs of they get to close to her during meal time. She also does not like sharing her personal space or toys with other dogs unless its on her terms.
She is a very sweet, people orientated girl.

Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
Janice's adoption fee is $250.00 which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
