Imiza came to us after being found on the side of the road, hungry, and cold. She was only 13lbs and afraid of everything. After being with us she has gained around 10lbs, her skin has cleared up, and she is finally learning how to be a house dog again. Imiza is still timid around loud noises and doesn't like being outside for long periods of time. She will do best in a quieter environment where she can continue to gain trust in humans and learn that she is safe.

She is going to need her forever home to have a lot of patience with her as she continues to learn, she is still figuring out potty training and still has pretty frequent accidents inside. She is still figuring out how to walk on a leash, she gets more and more comfortable everyday. She is learning that she likes to get pets and loved on, but still is unsure sometimes especially if you aren't down on her level.

She will need a fenced in yard that is secure, she will test it! She is a typical hound dog and follows that nose everywhere.

She is a pretty laid back little girl, she spends most of her day curled up in blankets, but she will get periods where she runs around like a crazy girl playing with her foster siblings.

Imiza will make a great best friend, she just needs the right person to give her a chance and the patience she needs!

She will be available for adoption after her spay surgery on January 28th.

_Imiza____’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
