FENCED YARD REQUIRED

Ludvig is a happy healthy 2 1/2 year old St. Bernard mix,he is roughly 80+pounds. He is a big puppy at heart and loves toys and to run around the back yard. He will require a fully fenced secured yard as he is a ball of energy. He is crate trained and when kept on a regular schedule house broken.   When left alone he will get bored and counter surf or get into other mischief, he is doing well with his enrichment and puzzle/treat dispensing toys

He is friendly with adults he is not suitable for younger children, teenage children may be considered. He is learning leash manners but will require continued follow up training. He is not good with cats or small dogs. He does have some food issues, but he is learning that there is always going to be enough food and treats and  sits nicely and waits for you to tell him when he can go to his bowl, it is recommended that he receive continual training. (Breed experience with large breed dogs is preferred).

He was found as a stray so we do not have any history.

Ludvig's adoption fee is $50.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
