>> Koko is an 18 month old mini Australian shepherd.   She is approximately 18 lbs and likely won’t get over 25 lbs.  She was purchased from a breeder but the previous owner’s schedule was not allowing her to burn her energy. 
>> Please read up on the breed before considering adopting.  She has a lot of energy and would do best with an active home that can work out her energy.   She does best with chill dogs who do not have a lot of energy.   She loves attention and can be somewhat of an attention hog.  She would not be good with young children as she jumps and nips when she’s very excited.  These are typical puppy behaviors that can be worked on. She’s very smart and a quick learner.  She bonds quickly with humans and is super affectionate.  She has separation anxiety and will need to be in a home where someone is home.

Koko’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
