Alligator is the ultimate cuddle Buddy. Allies favorite activity is cuddling up on the couch scooched up next to his foster mom. He is very trusting and insisted on cuddling with his foster moms friends too! Although he loves spending time in his crate, he prefers to sleep on the bed at night. He rarely barks and follows his foster mom around the house throughout the day. He is a little slow but likes to go on walks and does well on his leash. He does well on even ground but would not make a good hiking companion. He is able to go upstairs but does struggle a little bit. He is 95% house trained but still needs a little help learning. He has made a ton of progress in the week his foster mom has had him. He is generally low energy and would be great for someone who wants big dog personality with small dog energy. He ignores his foster moms cats and doesn’t chase them. When meeting new dogs he is kind and calm. Alligator has a huge heart and would make a great addition to a loving family. PLEASE NOTE: He is also Heartworm positive and receiving treatment. He will need a family to keep him calm the first few month they have him, which will be very easy #couchpotatoelife.
