Doug is a very laid-back and clumsy Scooby-Doo mix. He was dumped in rural Missouri along with his two sisters, and he has adapted really well to the good life. He loves to play with his dog and cat friends, and will also busy himself with stuffed animals and chew toys. He sleeps through the night, is housebroken, and walks really well on the leash, which is good because he loves going for walks and hikes. He also knows several commands, including "sit," "paw," and "lay down." Doug is a very calm puppy who loves to sleep at your feet or on the couch. He's also very good company in the kitchen, watching your every move while you cook dinner. Because of his size, Doug would do best in a home with children over the age of 10. He can be a bit shy with strangers at first, but warms up quickly. Doug is an adorable, loving puppy who is ready to walk into some lucky family's life, unpack his bags, and stay forever.

Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
Our $250 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
