Please meet Cujo. Cujo is 4 years old, house broken, and very dog friendly. Cujo would do best in a house where he can be on a couch all day, a human that he can snuggle with at night, and a possible dog sibling who he can cuddle with if you need to leave the room.
He has met a very, very playful puppy and he wasn’t the biggest fan of their energy and face nibbles, so a home without a young/energetic dog would be best.
As you can tell, he’s underweight and could possibly gain an additional 15-20 pounds.
He does well in a crate if a human is home, but he has escaped the crate when left alone for more than a few hours. (In his defense, all he wanted was that gosh darn couch to sleep on. Not a single item was destroyed once he got out of the crate.) Please be prepared to work on crate training, or invest in an indestructible crate. Once he has settled into his new home, we are certain he would not need a crate. He’s just such a good boy!
